Founder
Mohannad Malas
Mohannad Malas is an investor, philanthropist and filmmaker with a passion for supporting education, innovation and authentic storytelling. He is the co-founder of IRA Capital, a U.S. real estate investment firm based in Irvine, California, and the founder and CEO of Malas Entertainment.
Through Malas Entertainment, he has executive produced award-winning projects across film, television, documentary and animation. His leadership combines an investor’s discipline with a producer’s belief in stories that challenge perspectives, connect cultures and create meaningful impact.Â
Mr. Malas serves on the boards of several educational and innovation-focused organizations, as well as on the board and investment committee of the Riviera Content Fund, a $100 million film investment fund established in partnership with the Saudi Cultural Fund. His humanitarian and philanthropic work has also received recognition, including an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from California State University, San Bernardino.
